The Hong Kong Institute of Urban Design together with The Hong Kong Institute of Landscape Architects organized a Seminar on Designing Public Space: Theatricality and Delight on Monday, 21 September 2015.
Keynote speaker, Mr. James Corner, founding principal of James Corner Field Operations shared his experiences on the following points.

· Seattle central waterfront;
· New York"s high line;
· Chicago"s Navy Pier;

HKIUD Macau Visit 2015 |

The mixing of the Chinese and Portuguese cultures and religious traditions for more than four centuries has left Macau with its unique character. To explore Macau from urban design perspective, the HKIUD organised a walking tour on 7 February 2015.
