Chairman of the Harbourfront commission, past Vice President of HKIUD Mr. Ivan Ho has kindly came together with representatives of Harbour Office of Development Bureau, and the consultant of the project, Meinhardt Infrastructure and Environment Limited (MIEL), to lead site walk and provide a briefing on the design concept and special features of the project, as well as the challenges encountered during design and construction stages.

The East Coast Boardwalk is a very successful harbourfront public space, which demonstrates how good urban design could contribute to livability of our city.
