The Hong Kong Institute of Urban Design (HKIUD) Urban Design Awards are held every year to recognise urban design related projects with outstanding performance and contributions in promoting excellence in Urban Design. The awards have divided into Built Project, Plan / Concept and Research categories. The 2019 Award has received a total of 63 submissions, in which 27 out of 63 are from the Built Project Category and 26 out of 63 are from Plan / Concept Category. The adjudication was held on 13 August 2019. The Institute would like to thank all the Jurors for their Professional Adjudication in selecting the submission which include 2 Grand Awards and 10 Merits for the Built Project category, 2 Grand Awards and 4 Merits for Plan / Concept category.
