President, Benny Chan, Vice Presidents, Anthony Cheung and Alain Chiaradia, Hon Treasurer Jacky Cheung, PAC members Joel Chan, Francis Cheung and Kenneth Chan attended the Development Bureau Consultation Forum on New Territories North New Town and Ma Tso Lung – Joint Professional Briefing Session on 22 Feb, and offered views on development programme, new planning and land administration concept to allow flexibility for mixed use development, positioning of NM, cross boundary synergy, rural urban integration, development density and the need for good urban design to attract international talents.
